These Premium Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal Policy ("Subscription Terms") govern the purchase and use of Premium subscriptions for Reel-Smart – Your AI Fishing Companion ("Reel-Smart," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing a Premium subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Premium Membership

A Premium subscription unlocks additional features that may include:

• Unlimited AI fish identification
• AI fish length estimation
• AI fish weight estimation
• Unlimited catch history
• Cloud backup and synchronization
• Offline species guide
• Offline maps (where available)
• Advanced weather forecasts
• Tide charts
• Solunar calendar
• Fish activity predictions
• Tournament tools
• Trophy analytics
• AI Fishing Assistant
• Early access to new Premium features

Available features may vary by platform, subscription plan, region, or future app updates.

2. Subscription Plans

Premium subscriptions may be offered as:

• Monthly Subscription
• Annual Subscription
• Lifetime Purchase (if available)
• 
  

Current pricing is displayed within the App before purchase.

Prices may vary based on your country, currency, applicable taxes, and promotional offers.

3. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for eligible users.

If a free trial is offered:

• You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Unless canceled before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription.
• The applicable subscription fee will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the end of the trial.

Free trials are generally limited to one per eligible account unless otherwise stated.

4. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription term at the then-current price.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable app store to automatically charge your payment method at each renewal.

5. Billing

All purchases are processed securely by:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

Reel-Smart does not collect or store your payment card information.

Billing dates and renewal timing are determined by the applicable app marketplace.

6. Managing Your Subscription

You may manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings.

Apple Devices

Open:

Settings → Your Apple ID → Subscriptions

Android Devices

Open:

Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

Deleting the Reel-Smart application does not cancel your subscription.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

If canceled:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
• You will continue to have access to Premium features until that period expires.
• No additional renewal charges will occur after cancellation.

No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law or granted by the applicable app marketplace.

8. Refunds

All purchases are subject to the refund policies of the platform through which you purchased your subscription.

Reel-Smart cannot issue refunds for purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Refund requests should be submitted directly to the applicable marketplace.

9. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices using the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase, you may restore your Premium subscription using the Restore Purchases option within the App.

Restoring purchases does not result in duplicate charges.

10. RevenueCat Subscription Management

Reel-Smart uses RevenueCat to securely verify subscription status and manage Premium entitlements across supported platforms.

RevenueCat processes limited subscription-related information solely to:

• Verify active subscriptions
• Restore purchases
• Synchronize Premium access
• Prevent fraudulent access

RevenueCat does not process your payment card information.

11. Price Changes

Subscription prices may change from time to time.

If permitted by applicable law and marketplace policies:

• Existing subscribers will receive advance notice of material pricing changes through the applicable app marketplace.
• Continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance of the updated subscription price.

12. Promotional Offers

From time to time we may offer:

• Introductory pricing
• Discounted annual plans
• Limited-time promotions
• Promotional codes
• Loyalty offers

Eligibility for promotions is determined by Reel-Smart, Apple, Google, or other applicable marketplace policies.

Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.

13. Feature Changes

Premium features may evolve over time.

We may:

• Add new features
• Improve existing features
• Modify functionality
• Replace discontinued services with comparable services

Reasonable updates to Premium features do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund except where required by law.

14. Service Availability

Premium access depends on:

• Internet connectivity for online features
• Availability of third-party services
• Supported operating systems
• Ongoing compatibility with your device

Certain Premium features, such as cloud backup, weather, tides, maps, or AI processing, may require an active internet connection.

15. Account Sharing

Premium subscriptions are licensed to the purchasing account under the rules of the applicable app marketplace.

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others for the purpose of providing Premium access.
• Circumvent subscription requirements.
• Use unauthorized methods to unlock Premium features.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of Premium access.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Premium access if:

• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Payment is reversed or disputed.
• This Agreement or our Terms and Conditions are violated.
• Required by law.

Termination for these reasons does not entitle you to a refund except where required by applicable law.

18. Acceptance

• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your app marketplace account settings.
• You agree to these Subscription Terms, our Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our End User License Agreement.
